Credit or Debit Card payment is probably the easiest to complete. The ordering process will prompt you for your card details as necessary. Your details are kept encrypted by our shopping software until they reach us to keep them secure.

We do not charge your card account until the goods are ready for despatch.

What about payments from outside the UK ?

We regret that, as yet, we cannot supply tents outside the UK. However, if you live outside the UK, but would like a tent delivered within the UK, for example; as a present, then this is possible. In these circumstances, your payment is converted from Pounds Sterling into your local currency at the exchange rate prevailing when the credit card company makes the transaction.

You will be exempt from the VAT only if you are making the purchase from outside the UK and EU. We will ensure the correct deduction is made before you are charged. Our shopping system allows us to deduct VAT if you are purchasing from outside the UK and EU

When will my order arrive?

We use a "24-hour Courier service" to deliver to your door and, as we keep a wide range of tents in stock, can usually despatch promptly. Delivery is from Monday to Friday, between 9.00am and 6.00pm.

Our Couriers will need a signature, so please give a daytime delivery address where someone can sign to accept the delivery. Often the address at which you work can be the most convenient for you. Please ensure that you give the correct Postcode for the delivery address.

We will notify you of any delay if your selected tent should not be immediately available. We always endeavour to ensure that your order is completed well within 7 - 10 days

Can I cancel an order ?

When an order is placed, you will be told in writing about the right to cancel

We do try to be as flexible as possible so you may amend or cancel an order at anytime prior to despatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have changed your mind or want to amend an order prior to despatch.

We realise that you may change your mind and wish to cancel an order following despatch.

Your right to cancel your order begins as soon as the order is placed. The right ends 7 working days from the day after you have received your order. Working days are Monday to Friday but excluding Public Holidays

If you wish to cancel your order once the good have been despatched, we will require you to return them to us at your expense.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us in writing by post, to our address as given below, or e-mail. A phone call does not meet the requirements of the regulations. The effective date for cancellation is the date on which your communication is sent. This is to ensure that you have the full 7 working day period for the right to cancel.

When you cancel an order, ownership of the products sent to you reverts to Evans Camping. You also have a duty of care and a duty to return the products to us.

Therefore, any products which are returned, under your right to cancel your order, must be kept in "as new condition", in the original packaging.

We will refund the full cost of the products ordered within 30 days of cancellation.

If the order is not returned, it must be made available for collection by us. .

Following your decision to cancel an order, there is a duty of care of the products for 6 months. During this period, if you are requested in writing to make the products available to us and fail to do so, the duty of care is open-ended.

What happens if I receive faulty or damaged goods ?

All of our goods are checked prior to despatch but in the unlikely event of you receiving faulty or damaged goods, you should inform us as soon as convenient and, where it is possible to determine the nature of the fault or damage, within 7 days of receiving your order. We can then arrange an exchange or refund as required at no extra cost to yourself. Contact us by 'phone, fax or e-mail as below

It is always our intention to acknowledge any complaint on receipt and certainly within 5 working days. We will undertake to advise you how long it will take to resolve your complaint and to keep you informed in the unlikely event of any variance.

What happens if I there is a problem within the Manufacturer's guarantee period ?

If you experience a problem that you think will be covered by the Manufacturer's Guarantee, contact us for our advice as soon as possible - giving details of the problem. You can contact us by mail, phone, fax or e-mail.

09.00hrs to 17.00hrs, Monday to Saturday - UK times.
Please note that we are closed on UK Bank Holidays.
